Donia is a visual artist whose work utilizes vivid colors, dreamy, ethereal imagery, and a character-driven approach to create portals into exploring the human condition, futurist ideas, and one's connection to the universe. Through her art, she questions love, time, and existence, often depicting mystical vignetted figures hovering in off-kilter voids and celestial landscapes.

Donia's graphic drawing style comes from a lifelong fascination with animation and sequential art. She draws inspiration from striking line work and visual storytelling of Art Nouveau posters, Japanese Ukiyo-e pieces, and the elegant forms of Mannerism and Rococo. These influences collide with magical girl tropes to create ethereal figures with a bold presence, producing a unique illustrative approach to Contemporary Surrealism movements.
